The mattresses in our room were quite thin, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. we noticed some moldy spots in the bathroom behind the sink.

Had a great time at this onsen hotel during Christmas! The onsen was amazing, especially the outdoor pools which were so relaxing. loved that there were different types of baths available to try out. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, surrounded by beautiful nature. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary facilities.

The early check out time of 10am which didn't allow us to enjoy the onsen in the morning before leaving. the communication with the hotel via email was very slow and some flexibility with check-out time or luggage storage would have been appreciated.
